This is my 5th blog post on my grocery bill. So people can see how I live, how cheap it is to live here, and because these are easy posts while I work on BeAForeigner.com. 😊

This week I’m making Bean Salad and Clams. I LOVE BEANS! #delicioso! 🤤

  • Red Onion $9.00
  • Avocados (5) $50.00
  • Mangos (4) $7.00
  • Fresh Spinach $7.00
  • Can of Black Beans (2) $15.00
  • Popcorn $47.00
  • Red Wine Vinegar $35.50
  • Sour Patch Kids (4) $72.00
  • Turkey Legs (3kg) $186.00
  • Chicken Breasts no Bones (2kg) $160.00
  • Pork Chops (1kg) $90.00
  • Black Clams (500g) $20.00

As you can see this time I got A LOT of food. Thanks to my credits!

Total was $1,037.49 pesos BUT I received $434.69 in discounts so total was $602.80. That’s about $31 USD with the exchange rate of about 19 pesos (the exchange rate fluctuates a lot here) = $1 dollar. That includes the service fee, the tip, and any discounts I received.
